Boxer Rescue is a nonprofit organization founded in 2005. Boxers and Buddies provides a safe, humane sanctuary for abandoned Boxers and other breeds who are waiting to be adopted. B&B is funded solely by private donation. Our entire organization is run by a dedicated team of volunteers. Our group works for the love of the breed and to see dogs find homes. Our available dogs come from local shelter

s, from the streets or from owners who turn them in. We are always filled to capacity with scared, confused and very stressed out dogs. They are with us because B&B is their last hope of finding a new life. We are their temporary haven until they are adopted into a loving permanent home. Before they can be adopted, each dog is evaluated for temperament, must be sterilized, microchipped and their shots are updated. B&B has a training program for those dogs who need rehabilitation or have behaviors which need to be modified. B&B stands apart from other rescues by rescuing any Boxer, regardless of age or health. We feel that they are all worthy of a real chance at life. This policy means that we are subject to frequent and expensive veterinarian costs. Medical expenses are only one of the major cost B&B has to pay each year. The cost are endless: food, mortgage, utilities, insurance, shelter fee, and the costs go on and on. Saving lives is not cheap but someone has to do it! It takes over $250,000 each year to keep B&B open. We are constantly seeking funds and support. We need your help. We depend on our donors and our volunteers to keep B&B open to any Boxer in need. We appreciate your compassion by including a rescue Boxer into your life. Allow us to introduce our newest litter-Mary Poppins and her pups Supercali (f), Fragilistic (m), and Expialidocious (m). Mama is approximately 1 year and her pups are about 7 weeks old. Believed to be Chihuahua mixes, mama and her pups will melt your heart! Available for adoption in the coming weeks!

Ladybug, now Sheila, found her forever family! She didn’t go far as she is joining 4 Boxer and Buddies Alums in her immediate family! Between mom, dad and adult kids, she is #5! ❤️

We LOVE repeat adopters, even though this adoption came with very strict instructions that we can’t show them any more dogs for at least 10 years! 🤣

We have a double happy tails for you!!!

Moth did not have to wait long for the right family to fall in love with him. Moth’s foster mom introduced him to her friends and they knew he needed to join their family. He joins a happy little pack of friends and will be loved by his new parents.

Chutney has found himself a family that will adore him relentlessly and a big dog brother that could barely contain his excitement when Chutney arrived. His future will be filled with mountain adventures, excessive snuggles, and treats on demand.

Meet Bobby Finke, a 6 month old Doberman/Dogo Argentino/Husky/Pit mix. Bobby is a spunky boy with a big personality. He loves to play with other dogs, has been around cats, and plays well with them too. He may not be great with birds or other small animals. His breed mix makes him a very active fella. He loves to go for walks and is getting better on his leash manners. He is crate and potty trained and knows how to use the doggy door. He is a wonderful pup who just wants to play and hang out with his human. Bobby will be a large dog when full grown, but his sweet nature will make him one great family member.
