Due to rising concern of coronavirus in our area, we ask that you please refrain from entering the clinic until further notice.

If your pet has an appointment, prescription, or emergency, please call us at 218-749-5206 when you arrive. We will gladly come out to grab your pet from you or bring you your pet’s prescription.

You may also provide a detailed list of questions or concerns regarding your pet. We ask that you have payment of either debit or credit ready to process over the phone.

*********ATTENTION********

The safety of our staff and clients is of utmost importance in order for us to continue caring for your pets during this difficult time. We are still seeing patients but we are taking added precautions to limit exposure to any infectious agents, including the coronavirus.

• If you are feeling ill: Anyone that is showing respiratory symptoms, has a sore throat, cough, fever, or has traveled to an international area is asked not to enter the clinic. Please reschedule. If you have an emergency or urgent situation, we ask that you remain in your vehicle and call the front desk upon arrival for further assistance.
• Limited number of clients in the waiting room: If your pet has a morning surgery appointment please stay in your car and call us when you arrive. All other appointments, if you prefer, you may call us when you arrive and wait in your car. We are happy to come get you when an exam room in open, or take your pet in for you. We request only ONE person to accompany their pet for their appointment. (Exceptions can be made for some situations, including euthanasia appointments)
• Drive up to pick up medications: Call ahead and we will gladly get your order ready and process your payment over the phone. Call when you are in our parking lot and we will take your order out to you.
