At New Dog in Town Dog Grooming, I am a small in-home hobby pet salon. I have been a groomer for 8 years and have 12+ years working in the pet industry between being a boarding kennel attendant, working as a groomers’ bather/assistant, working along side dog trainers, and mentored under Cathy Kishel (Cathy’s Grooming Magic) for 4 years. At New Dog, my goal is to create a calm and quiet environment

to build a relationship with you and your dog, to be able to provide proper care, all while making your dog look and feel great! Unfortunately, due to multiple back surgeries, I am limited to only being able to groom small/medium dogs (40 lbs. However, I am hopeful to be able to build back up to accommodate large dogs in the future.

The time is here❣️ I am now scheduling appointments for January 2026 and February 2026. Appointments will be available Monday through Thursday starting at 9 am.

✨Welcome Back Everyone!✨

I am looking forward to seeing you all again, as well as possibly meeting some new faces. I would like to take this time to let you know about some changes for 2026:

- Full Groom Dogs will be limited to 30lbs.
- Bath / Tidy Dogs will be limited to 50lbs.

- Prices will have changed and will be based off of dog’s weight, coat condition, type of groom, and behavior.

- Scheduling will open up November 17, 2025 for January 2026 and you’ll be able to schedule up through February 2026. Watch for next week’s post!

- New hours of operation will be Monday - Thursday,
9 am - 5 pm.
