Just wanted to share my newest babies. They just turned 8 weeks here and it's their first time going out onto the patio. I LOVE this litter! I am hav9ing an issue with who stays so all are staying until I know 100% lol

Video isn't great but it shows how active they are now. I love this phase of their development.

Just sharing this snapshot, I took of Shady (now Cinnamon). I did darken her eyes because the camera made them red. Otherwise, the rest is her :). 20 weeks old today and losing puppy coat.

Three lil girls update pictures. They are 8 1/2 weeks old here. Taken today. I think it's time for their 1st baths next. They have really been playing hard and playing in their food to lol. FAQ:

Can I register my chip with Fi even though it's registered elsewhere? Yes! When your chip is searched in the universal database petmicrochiplookup.org, both registrations will show up, but your Fi registration shows as the most up to date and you will never be charged. Your old registration can stay in there, but you can keep your Fi registration up to date for free.

Why do I need a GPS collar if I have a microchip? Microchips are NOT GPS - in order to find your pup via a microchip, someone has to find your dog, bring them to a vet to have them scanned, look up your information, and contact you - that's why the registration is so important!

Lost Bruce this morning. Ch. Rebound's Born In America (Bruce). He was 15 years old next month. He had gone completely blind and deaf in the last year. I have been trying to keep him going, he still had a strong will. He passed peacefully in his sleep this morning. Sweet dreams little man, I'll see you on the other side 💔

Sweetest little guy anyone could meet! Just needs two more single points for his Championship. Has both his majors having a 5 and 4 point major and earned from the 6-9 class. Just need to get him back out there soon to finish him.

When you get your puppy You’ll love your little puppy, he/she will make your house a home.

They’ll be your very best friend, companion, confidant, protector..... and you’ll never feel alone.

They’ll make you smile, make you laugh, make you cry and warm your heart....
They’ll fill your heart with love…….and laughter that's unreal...

You will often ask Did he/she come from a breeder or did she fall from heaven above?

If you’ve never been a breeder or seen life through their eyes as you hold your little puppy, please try to understand what it took to get your baby to you....

You don’t know of all the anguish and the times that bring such pain.

Or When we lose the battle with a little one the tears flow like rain, our hearts break in two thinking of all the what "if's"....

The first week we sit the whole night through waiting for babies to be born.
Oh the stress and worry when they’re not here by dawn.
The panic of holding a tiny baby in our hands who weighs but 1. 1/2 oz...

Do I do this instead of that or that instead of this? We search for answers and ask other breeders to ensure we do our best.

Alone we fight for these precious babies lives and hope we won’t have to give him his last little kiss.

We pray and pray with little sleep that they’ll live to bring someone love and joy and make a house a home.

We know it’s up to us and most of us fight this fight alone....
Formula, bottles, heating pads, we have to get it right.... no time for errors as their lives depend on us....
One to Two hour feedings for this tiny little baby throughout the day and night.

In our hearts we know we have to get it right or we are going to lose this epic fight....so we keep trying to save him/her because God willing we just might.....as each day goes by we watch this baby grow getting stronger and stronger.
Then as we see them developing and thriving more each day.... We finally get to rest.....With an exhausted groan and our tired and weary bodies we finally sit back and we often ask ourselves “Why do we do this?
Why battle with all this grief & pain and the joy that each breath gives us?

The answer is as simple as it is complex....

To help them live to grow up strong and see the joy your puppy brings...
to heal the ailing heart of someone who needs the love and joy these babies bring...
To see their sadness turn to smiles and laughter....

~~The reward for us is not in money but in watching your heart mend~~~

This is but a small explanation of what we do and why.

So when you think of breeders and label them with “GREED” think of what they go through to ensure your healthy happy baby....

Remember If you have a happy & healthy puppy it’s cause they filled his every need.

When you buy a puppy with your hard earned dollars....
You only pay with money … but we..... we pay with a piece of our heart.❤

Now that I have rested a bit here are our results from the Bakersfield show from Thursday and Friday : Reba took 2nd day one and 1st day two. Cash day one took 1st, Winners, Best Opposite, Best of Breed Puppy, Puppy Group 3 and earned 1 point! Day two for Cash was 1st, Winners, Best of Winners, Best Opposite for 2 Points. So I think we had a wonderful weekend.

Shows were Thursday 28th Kern County Kennel Club under Judge Mr. Daniel J. Smyth Esq. Friday 29th San Luis Obispo Kennel Club under Judge Ms. Linda Buckley.

Edit: Forgot to mention: Cash also passed his OFA Friday.. One down lol

Just a little brag on today's show 😁

Conlin's Mr. Goody Two Shoes took Winners dog for a 4 point major 2nd weekend out! This kid loves the ring! Terlingua Cha-Ching Cha-Ching @ Conlin's took Winners and Best of Winners from the puppy class for a 4 point major! Both these kids love the ring and have so much fun. Can't wait to see what tomorrow brings. But I'm perfectly happy for today's regardless of tomorrows results. Pictures will be added when I grab them shortly.

So pleased with these kids. Very new to the ring and basically learning the ropes in the ring. I think they are doing well. The building noise is unlike anything I can replicate when training at home. So a hurdle to overcome but they will get there :)

Also had a wonderful time with friends.. We stay up to late and do lots of laughing and playing with the dogs LOL But it's always a blast and look forward to our next show!
