She received the praise for answering a clients call being concerned about vaccines. Kelsey took the time to explain and educate the client about feline vaccinations. She explained why we vaccinate and the process of vaccine boosters. The call ended with the client feeling better about her feline friend receiving their vaccinations. ☺️
