Lost and Found: Three Hearts Seeking a Home

Lina, Kilroy, and Hank: These three amazing pups are searching for their forever families, just like Chance, Shadow, and Sassy in the beloved film "Homeward Bound."

Lina: This sweet Australian Shepherd mix, around 2 years young, is a true gem. She's a social butterfly who loves playing with other dogs and showers her human friends with affection. Lina is looking for a loving home where she can cuddle up on the couch and explore the world with her new best friend.

Kilroy: This playful Queensland Heeler mix, about 1 year old, is full of energy and ready for adventure! He's a loving boy who craves attention and is eager to learn. Kilroy needs a patient and active family who can provide him with plenty of exercise and mental stimulation.

Hank: This gentle Shepherd mix, around 1 year old, was found wandering the streets of Dinuba. He's a calm and observant soul who is patiently waiting for someone to appreciate his finer qualities. Hank is looking for a quiet and loving home where he can relax and enjoy the simple pleasures of life.

Just like the courageous animals in "Homeward Bound," Lina, Kilroy, and Hank are all longing for a loving home where they can finally feel safe and cherished.

Our Story

Official page for the Visalia Animal Care Center. The Center is currently by appointment only for found strays, owner redemption or surrender and the TNR program. Hours of operation for appoinments are Tuesday-Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 8-12pm/1pm-4pm, closed on Sunday and Monday. Please call (559)713-4700 to book an appointment.

We are requiring that masks be worn while at our facility and only one person will be permitted in the building at a time to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. To report a sick, injured, vicious or stray animal, please call Animal Control at (559) 713-4957
