Most Groomers have been around a lot of dogs so if a dog is giving warnings and we send them home it’s not that we don’t have patience or don’t like your dog.A lady brought in her boyfriend’s dog she felt sorry for him because he was 4 and never been out of the back yard. As soon as her got in the shop he started growling he was scared to death I sent him home. She left me a bad review said I didn’t know about dogs and had no patience. That poor dog would have lost it. There a clients who think that it’s part of the job for vets and groomers to be bit it isn’t.
