Price Increase @ mojito’ pet salon

Firstly I would like to thank all my customers for your unconditional support!
Please know that I do not make this decision lightly, but due to increased operating costs it has now become necessary to increase the prices of all grooms by 5 dollars from 1st January 2025. By doing so it will enable me to be in a position to continue to provide the best quality service that I can possibly offer. By increasing my costs in the new year, I am keeping my salon viable as my costs to keep running continue to rise. Dog grooming services done well is a physically demanding, skilled job and to continue to do this I have no choice. I completely understand this may not be viable for some of you. My shampoo costs alone has nearly doubled in price, and this is only one example. I understand if anyone wants to cancel any appointments held with me but before doing so please remember that I have a waiting list so if you cancel to go else were and realise that either I'm still priced lower than most salons or don't like the way they groom, I will not be able to add you straight back on my books as the spaces will be given out to people on the waiting list, so you would have to re-join the waiting list.
This previously happened on my last increase where some clients came back after realising other places were still priced higher and their grooming skills were different to mine. Thank you for all understanding and your continued support, the hardest part of this message is that most of you have become more than just my clients your family/friends so it makes this post even harder.
