To stimulate public interest and awareness of all the different uses of these unique colorful Draft Horses. These are unique colorful Draft Horses that come in every coat colors and coat patterns such as Overos, Tobiano, Tovero and sabino. The goal of the International Drum Horse Association IDHA is to produce a colorful feather draft horse. The breed development is limited to registered Shires, C

lydesdale with crosses to the Gypsy Cobs Horses. The North American Spotted Draft Horse is a breed of draft horse in development. NASDHA closed indexing of horses with unknown family history as of March 2010. Registered horses from seven recognized Draft Horse breeds are being used in breed developement and onlyregistered horses from light breeds registries can be used for crossing. Gaited Horses and ponies breeds are not permitted in cross breeding. The Percheron and Belgians Draft Horses have been the leading contributor to the NASDHA breed development. The Spotted Draft Horse Society SDHA registry is a color registry. Its goal is to record and preserve records of all colorful draft horses which includes Draft Horses of unknown ancestry that meet the registry's strict standards. Goals include events for showing the vast use of Color Draft Horses and maintain records of performance and awards. There are two Drum Horse registries.
