Update from Clyde. He had his FHO and Neuter with Dr. Pamplin from Pleasanton Road Animal Hospital on June 19th and is home recovering nicely although he hates the cone of shame but he has to wear it for a total of 2 weeks then we go back for a follow-up visit. All in all he's doing very well when he gets his leash walk to go potty he puts a tiny bit of pressure on the leg but not a whole lot which is good at this point.

Clyde would like to thank all of our generous donors and supporters as of yesterday June 14, 2024 we met our goal for his FHO surgery it is paid for. We are beyond thankful for the effort our supporters put in to donate and share his post. We are very excited to know he can have his surgery as scheduled for June 19th this coming week. For the rest of the donations that we received for Clyde we have asked Dr Pamplin to neuter and microchip him so when he is ready he can go up for adoption. We are truly humbled at everyone that believes in Kim Acres Mission and was so willing to help Clyde. Please stay tuned we will do another update after Wednesday as to Clyde's recovery. Thank you again. Clyde sends his love as well.

WE ARE ASKING FOR A MIRACLE AND DONATIONS FOR CLYDE
Meet Clyde an 18 month old/90 lb Hunk of burning love Great Pyrenees we rescued off of Hwy 16 near Loop 1604 he had been hit by a car, he laid approximately 2 days on the side of the road before a Good Samaritan noticed him and reached out to us. We took him to our awesome Vet at Somerset Animal Clinic where Dr. Green examined him and took X-rays, they showed his right front leg was bruised and sore with no broken bones and his left rear leg has popped out of the socket and will need an FHO Surgery. We were referred to another vet at Pleasanton Road Animal Hospital Dr. Pamplin who can do orthopedic surgery. He is an awesome Vet as well. It is going to cost $700 for the surgery and he is scheduled for the 19th of June, we're hoping for a miracle that we raise enough funds to pay for the surgery so we don't have to reschedule it, we know times are tough and there isn't any amount too small to donate towards Clyde.
