Watson came in today for his yearly wellness exam, vaccines and for Dr. Flynn to fill out his “school” paperwork! Watson is a H.A.B.I.T. dog and spends his days with first graders at a local elementary school! 🐾❤️

🐾 Important Announcement from Tellico Bay Animal Hospital 🐾

Dear valued clients and furry friends,
We have some bittersweet news to share with you all. Dr. Taylor Tvede will be leaving Tellico Bay Animal Hospital. 😢 While we are sad to see her go, we want to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude for her dedication, compassion, and outstanding care she has provided to our furry patients over the years. 🌟
Dr. Tvede's passion for animals and commitment to their well-being have left a lasting impact on our practice and countless pets and their families. Her kindness, expertise, and warm bedside manner will be deeply missed by both our team and our clients. 💔
Dr. Tvede's last day with us will be May 24th, 2024. As she embarks on her next journey, we want to wish her all the best in her future endeavors. She and her husband are about to take off on a 5-6 month backpacking trip across the Continental Divide Trail from Canada to Mexico!
Please join us in expressing our sincerest appreciation and best wishes to Dr. Tvede as she moves forward. 🌺

Coco came in last week for his beak, nail and wing trim! He was a very good boy and even let Dr. Tvede teach Dr. Flynn how to do these things. We hope to continue to provide this service for our existing feathered friends even after Dr. Tvede returns to her home state of New Mexico! 🦜

A proud graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2013, Dr. Oakes is interested in soft tissue surgery and preventive medicine. 🔍💉

Raven, the Miniature Schnauzer
Q, the Dalmatian puppy
Emmitt, the most handsome Siamese mix
