The Swanky Spaniel officially opened its doors a year ago today! It took a lot of hard work and determination to open The Swanky Spaniel! I would not be a business owner today if I didn’t have the support of the people who believed in me even when I wasn’t so sure I believed in myself. There have certainly been a lot of ups and downs in this first year of business but I have learned many life lessons! I’ve grown as a business owner, groomer, and person. The Swanky Spaniel is a small shop with just me and one other groomer, Sara. While grooming may seem like a “fun” job, it requires a lot of physical, mental, and emotional energy. We face many occupational hazards everyday. The bonds we create with our doggos, feline friends, and their humans make the challenging work meaningful! It is our goal to make sure every animal that comes into our shop knows that they are safe and respected while they are in our care. A special “thank you” to my employee Sara! Her maturity, kindness, and hard work are appreciated everyday! Thank you to all of our kind clients who see the value in what we do and trust us with the care of their furry family members! - Emily

Happy Thanksgiving! We are so thankful to be celebrating our first Thanksgiving in business! We are especially thankful for all of our wonderful clients that keep our small shop going! It has been a pleasure to meet so many great people and pets! We love taking care of your doggos and feline friends!

As a small shop of just two groomers, having a solid relationship with each animal is a priority for us! Thank you for trusting us with your furry family members!

The shop will be closed the 1st week of July. If you would like your dog or cat to be groomed prior to the July 4th holiday, please request an appointment online, call the shop, or send an email to [email protected] ASAP! We have limited appointments available online but can sometimes get your pet in sooner if you give us a call or send an email. Thank you!
