The second round of plants in the tower garden are really coming along! We have arugula, mesclun greens, basil spinach, scarlet kale, and marigolds which are starting to bloom, so be sure to check back in regularly for harvest time!

HOW TO HARVEST:
Microgreens (smaller ports): When harvesting microgreens, you'll need a pair of scissors. These can be obtained at the front desk. Your microgreens should range from about 1 to 4 inches in length. Make sure to cut your microgreens about an inch above the soil so they can sprout new growth. If you are cutting above the cotyledons, then the microgreens will not grow any further.

Larger Plants (larger ports): Plants can be harvested when they reach full size by gently tugging the plant (roots and all) through the hole of the port.
