💉Don’t let your pet be at risk, keep vaccines up-to-date! Rabies is still a REAL threat and can be prevented with vaccination! However, it cannot be treated and can only be diagnosed AFTER death.
Symptoms can take weeks to months to appear after exposure. An unvaccinated animal should remain in quarantine for 180 days! In humans, once symptoms develop, the disease is almost always fatal.
