We have 50amp/ septic/ water hookup RV spots with our boarding facility in Waddell, about 30 minutes from Wickenburg! We are family friendly, have a fenced observation deck overlooking the arena that kids love to hang out in, privacy screening around living quarters of property, and a fire pit for evening socializing.

We have available stalls at our boarding facility in Waddell at B7Ranch

Amenities:

🌱Turn out is included! 6 acre farm with 5 seperate turn-out areas with green irrigated pastures.
🛖28 stall Barn with stalls cleaned DAILY with included shavings, and automatic waterers cleaned weekly. 1 separate show box stalls is available as well!
🐎Large Arena with Halogen Lighting, observation deck, and roping box with Steer Run.
💧4 horse Wash Rack with lighting and cement pad.
🔒Large Locked Tack Room with ample storage and built in saddle racks.
🎡Tie-free Hot-Walker with stalls And 50ft Round Pen.
🚜On-site management with secure fencing and locked gate with gate code.
🌳All surrounded by a winter- blossoming citrus orchard with shading to help with the desert sun!

🌾We feed up to 20lbs Alfalfa/ Bermuda pellets Lakin Lite daily in AM and PM feeds. We have Bermuda and alfalfa hay and if your horse requires an all hay diet instead (Cushings, laminitis, etc), then we can accommodate those diets as well. We feed your daily supplements too.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦We are family friendly and have a wonderful group of boarders who like to ride out together in the Clear Water Farms or trailer together for trail rides.

What a cool lesson!! After a weather-induced clinic cancelation, Ashley Dudas of The Savvy Equestrian kept us motivated with a lesson about Horsinalities. She guided us through different perspectives toward our horses, introduced training techniques, and taught us to not be presumptuous but rather to be adaptable and "train the horse in front of you". I had so many "Aha" moments! We look forward to your Workshops!

ISO stall cleaner for 35 stall Barn in Waddell. About 5 hours a day, $15/hr. Flat ground, shavings are close by, nice location, shaded barn. Looking for two stall cleaners to split 7 days a week (we normally have a weekday person and a weekend person). "Contractor" position, no taxes withheld.

**SOLD**Looking for a dead broke trail horse that the kids will love too? "Copper" is a 13yo gelding that has been a lesson horse here at our ranch and is now looking for his new family! He's 14.3hh, a gentle snuggly boy in the stall and on trail he'll be your man and take care of you going over whatever terrain you point him on. He'll walk through a sea of blue tarps and not care, climb boulders and perch on rocks like a jeep, and stomp through water. He's lots maintenance, healthy, barefoot the whole time we've owned him even on trail. He's a goofball and joy to be around, the kind that's happy to see you and gives kisses. He's a follower, so beginners can ride him with help and intermediates can take him on trail, and he's not going to do anything malicious or aggressive, but he does his very best when he feels your confidence (even if you fake it to you make it).

Excellent in all gaits, ridden western and English, SO smooth. He's my go-to for trail if I want an easy breezy day. I'm not a vet so I can't call him sound, but.. he's sound. 😊 Our on-site trainer can click for him through her lesson uses that he's a wonderful animal.
