We have 50amp/ septic/ water hookup RV spots with our boarding facility in Waddell, about 30 minutes from Wickenburg! We are family friendly, have a fenced observation deck overlooking the arena that kids love to hang out in, privacy screening around living quarters of property, and a fire pit for evening socializing.

ISO Stall Cleaner! One the school year starts next week, I'll need coverage on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays! Muck stalls in my big airy mare motel and help with turn out. About 5 hours of work per shift. Thank you!

What a cool lesson!! After a weather-induced clinic cancelation, Ashley Dudas of The Savvy Equestrian kept us motivated with a lesson about Horsinalities. She guided us through different perspectives toward our horses, introduced training techniques, and taught us to not be presumptuous but rather to be adaptable and "train the horse in front of you". I had so many "Aha" moments! We look forward to your Workshops!

🌱Turn out is included! 6 acre farm with 5 seperate turn-out areas with green irrigated pastures.
🛖28 stall Barn with stalls cleaned DAILY with included shavings, and automatic waterers cleaned weekly. 3 separate show box stalls are available as well!
🐎Large Arena with Halogen Lighting, observation deck, and roping box with Steer Run.
💧3 horse Wash Rack with lighting and cement pad.
🔒Large Locked Tack Room with ample storage and built in saddle racks.
🎡Tie-free Hot-Walker with stalls And 50ft Round Pen.
🚜On-site management with secure fencing and locked gate with gate code.
🌳All surrounded by a winter- blossoming citrus orchard with shading to help with the desert sun!
🌾We feed up to 20lbs Alfalfa/ Bermuda pellets Lakin Lite daily in AM and PM feeds. We have Bermuda and alfalfa hay and if your horse requires an all hay diet instead (Cushings, laminitis, etc), then we can accommodate those diets as well. We feed your daily supplements too.

**SOLD**Looking for a dead broke trail horse that the kids will love too? "Copper" is a 13yo gelding that has been a lesson horse here at our ranch and is now looking for his new family! He's 14.3hh, a gentle snuggly boy in the stall and on trail he'll be your man and take care of you going over whatever terrain you point him on. He'll walk through a sea of blue tarps and not care, climb boulders and perch on rocks like a jeep, and stomp through water. He's lots maintenance, healthy, barefoot the whole time we've owned him even on trail. He's a goofball and joy to be around, the kind that's happy to see you and gives kisses. He's a follower, so beginners can ride him with help and intermediates can take him on trail, and he's not going to do anything malicious or aggressive, but he does his very best when he feels your confidence (even if you fake it to you make it).
Excellent in all gaits, ridden western and English, SO smooth. He's my go-to for trail if I want an easy breezy day. I'm not a vet so I can't call him sound, but.. he's sound. 😊 Our on-site trainer can click for him through her lesson uses that he's a wonderful animal. 🌵 Dakota is in search of her next barrel racer! 21yo PAPERED mare 15.2HH is an accomplished barrel racer with lots of go. Sound, safe, sane, family friendly, WONDERFUL mare who takes care of my toddler but also performs with excellent speed in the arena. She has won $$ and trophy saddles. But I'm most impressed by her ability to stand still tied, be walked on lead by a 3ft tall human, and have such a sweet barn demeanor. I love to ride her ba****ck, she's calm and sweet and in your pocket. Saddle on and she's ready to work and perform, but still stops and behaves. Zero spook, very confident. We've also taken her on trail. She does have "go" to her, see video in this post to see her speed-walk, and can be ridden solo or in group.
She stands for farrier, loads in trailer like a pro, and currently is UTD on vaccinations and is wearing front shoes. Good feet, straight legs, big b***y, great conformation, beautiful strides, and thick chest.
Dakota would best serve as a high school/ junior rodeo/gymkana horse for a teen moving on from the family's horse and ready for a seasoned, reliable, and affordable barrel horse who is built to LAST.

--SOLD--🌼We're excited to introduce Daisy! She's a sweet, gentle 14.1HH 5yo bay mare looking for a family to call her own.
This girl has had great training by a solid rider, both English and western. I've just been floored by her calm temperament and babysitter qualities. She takes care of my 2 year old, she is very mature, and she's going to go far! We are thinning our herd and she's ready to take care of a new family. She trail rides, can be fancy with side-passing and is good with obstacles and poles, and also is just a comfortable all-arounder to play on. I have ridden her western and ba****ck myself, and 2 year old rides on lead too. She will be perfect for an intermediate rider, or perhaps a beginner rider with help just because she is a 5 year old.
