Loomis Quarter Horses Home of Scott and Mary Loomis. Scott is the 2006 Ltd Open World Reining Champion. The farm offers boarding, breeding, lesson and training services.

Loomis Quarter Horses is a family owned and operated training, showing and breeding facility located on the St. Lawrence River in Waddington, New York. With over 30 years of experience in the equine industry, Scott Loomis offers training and showing expertise, specializing in reining, halter and western pleasure. Our facility consists of a 200 X 60 indoor arena, 20 spacious box stalls, outdoor pen

s and round pen and many turnout paddocks, making us one of the premiere equine facilities in Northern New York. Each season brings exciting goings-on at the farm, so please keep checking back. Whether it be spring time foals, summertime show season or the two annual consignment horse and tack auctions we feature, there's always something happening.

Congratulations to our Loomis Quarter Horses riders on a fun and successful 2024 show season for CNYRHA.
Lily Tiernan with "Hanging With Hottie" won high point 13&under, and reserve high point Ranch Riding.
Ruth Sargeant showing "Frequent Flyer Guy" earning reserve high point in Masters Non Pro.
Congratulations also to Mary Beth Green and "Masterwhippersnapper", Chris Larose showing "Trashy NTinseltown", and Dale Sargeant with "Smart Peppy Spook" for a great show season.

We thank our team for the great 2024 season, and we are looking forward to the 2025 season!

”Juliet” is a sweet, quiet, willing four year old mare. granddaughter of Gunnatrashya, as well as many other top AQHA and NRHA sires.

Well started in reining, spins and stops well. Pilots through Ranch Riding patterns very well, including poles, working the gate, and side passing.
This nice young mare is ready to find a youth or amateur rider to continue her show career.

Show season is just around the corner!

It's a busy time of year, and due to conflicting events and schedules, we are canceling the buckle series shows this year. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Our clinics are still on, as originally scheduled!
