This sweet girl is now available for adoption!!❄️☃️

Frosty is the sweetest girl you'll ever meet! She is microchipped and has had her first round of vaccines.

She is a 2.5 year old Pitbull mix.

Meet Frosty!
Frosty is an adorable Pitbull mix with a big loveable head and an even bigger heart. She is extremely sweet, very affectionate, and loves to give hugs to her favorite people. Frosty knows how to sit and shake, is very treat-motivated, and has a gentle, easygoing personality. She enjoys playing and running outside when the weather is nice but prefers to stay cozy and warm, as she's not a fan of the cold. Frosty is just as happy napping and cuddling as she is joining you for whatever the day may bring. She would do best as the only dog in the home, and her behavior with cats is unknown.

Foster Friday: Cooper🐝

Cooper is doing so well in his foster home! He's settling in, learning new things every day, and growing more confident with each passing moment. Watching him discover toys and learn how to play is so special. This sweet boy is blossoming and showing us just how much love he has to give🩵

Cooper is microchipped and UTD on vaccines.
He is an 8 month old Great Dane Mix.

Meet Cooper!
Cooper is a Great Dane mix who came to us as a little puppy and has now returned hoping to finally find his forever family. He's an introverted gentle giant who is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and a total lover. Cooper can be shy with new people at first, but he warms up quickly-especially if you offer him soft treats, his favorite. He knows how to sit and shake, walks well on leash, and loves exploring the outdoors. Cooper is also kennel and potty trained. Once he trusts you, he becomes a big cuddle bug who will happily curl up in your lap and soak up all the love! Cooper is truly a special boy who just wants a calm, loving home where he can feel safe and cherished.

Found just before midnight December 16th on 2nd ST SW & King AVE SW in Wadena. Brought in by the Wadena PD.

Intact male Beagle, about 1 year old, no microchip, no collar. We named him Shiloh. Knows "sit" for treats.

If this is your dog or you know whose dog this is, please contact the Wadena County Humane Society at 218-632-5938.

Proof of ownership is required. Shiloh will be on stray hold for 7 days and if not claimed will be available for adoption.

Take Me Home Tuesday: Hank🍄

Meet Hank. He's been waiting for 309 days for someone to choose him. He's a special boy with a big heart, just looking for the right family to take a chance on him. Hank may not be the loudest or flashiest, but his love is real and loyal. He deserves to know what "home" feels like. Why not let that be with you??

Hank is a goofy, loveable boxer mix with a big heart and an even bigger appetite! Dinner time is his favorite part of the day, and he's always up for a treat(or two). Hank is very affectionate and loves being around people-especially kids. He enjoys long walks, outdoor adventures, and chasing after his favorite squeaky toys or ball. With his silly personality and playful energy, Hank will keep you smiling. He needs to be the only dog in the home, but he makes up for it with his loyal , and loving nature. LOST DOG!

Found on Saturday, December 13th on Highway 10 between Staples and Aldrich. Female, approximately 2-3 years old, wearing a green leather collar, not microchipped. Very sweet girl. We named her Frosty.

Baldwin is a true gem who just hasn't found his perfect match yet...He's such a respectful, well-mannered boy who deserves a family to finally call his own.

Baldwin is neutered, microchipped, and UTD on vaccines.
He is a 3.5 year old Rottweiler mix.

Meet Baldwin!
Baldwin is a stunning Rottweiler mix with a calm presence and heart full of love. This handsome guy is kind, gentle, and soaks up attention like sunshine. He loves being pet-especially getting those good ear and head scratches-and is happy to cuddle or nap the day away by your side. With his serene demeanor and lower energy level, Baldwin is a great leash walker and an all-around easygoing companion. He's very smart, treat-motivated, and takes treats gently. He already knows how to sit and is picking up new commands quickly. Baldwin enjoys being outside, playing, and spending time with his favorite humans. He gets along well with other female dogs but would do best in a cat-free home. Baldwin also doesn't mind a good bath! While he's affectionate, he also appreciates having his own space when he needs it. His favorite thing is playing ball! Baldwin is fully housetrained. This handsome boy is now ready to find his forever family!

Walleye is very friendly and loving. He enjoys being pet and loves to explore. He will purr all day long and is the best snuggle bug out there!

Walleye is microchipped and has had first round of vaccines.
He is about 2 years old.
