Starting this August (next week), we will have a limited house call schedule. Many of you know that my best friend and assistant, Brittany, is pregnant and will be taking some well-deserved time off. During the next few months, we will not be taking on any new clients, and our Inner Circle members will be prioritized.

Some appointments may be referred to other great house call vets we know, ensuring that your pets continue to receive the best care possible.

We are so excited for Brittany and expect to be back up to our normal schedule in the new year! We appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this special time. Thank you for your continued support!

Hello Everyone!

We have a few important announcements to share with you:

1️⃣ Holiday Closure Notice: Dr. Alana's Veterinary Care will be closed from July 4th to July 7th in observance of the holiday weekend. If you are an Inner Circle member, please refer to your welcome letter for our emergency contact information, as our normal business line will not be monitored during this time.

2️⃣ Client Referral Policy: Effective immediately, we will only be accepting new clients by referral, except in cases of euthanasia. This adjustment allows us to prioritize the care of our existing clients and ensure we have ample time to provide them with the highest quality service.

3️⃣ Inner Circle Membership: We are excited to announce that our Inner Circle program still has 7 spots available, with a cap of 30 members. If you're interested in joining, please fill out our Inner Circle membership form here and we will add you to our exclusive community!
