Good Morning! We are happy to report that the Spectrum outage has been resolved, and our phones are fully operational again! We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused our clients, and we look forward to being back up and running!

We have to apologize to everyone attempting to call in to our office, but Spectrum has been having "intermittent outages" in this region, and have assured us that they are "...working diligently to restore any services that may be disrupted...". Please continue trying to get in touch with us, but we have no ideas when our phones may be back up and running.

Hey friends! The office needs your help!!! We are in need of your used unwanted throw blankets to help keep our patients warm when they are here with us. Make room for new ones from Christmas and drop the old ones off to us at 825 Broad Street next week during normal business hours.

Starting today, we will be selling raffle tickets. Tickets are $5 each or 5/$20!! **CASH ONLY**

Winners of the raffle will win a personalized pet portrait, created by our very own, very talented Dr. Young!! We are sharing some of Dr. Young’s art here, to give you an idea of what you will win!!

Winners will be drawn on July 31st by the WVH staff and will be contacted. Winner will get to discuss art / media / details with Dr. Young. **portraits will be limited to one pet**

Proceeds from the raffle will be used to assist a pet / family in need. That pet will be chosen by WVH Doctors & Staff. If you know of someone in need, please give us their information for consideration.

Good morning all!!

We wanted to let you all know that we are making some repairs to our driveway / parking lot! We are asking that you park in available spaces near the side of our building and use the side door for entry / exit. If you are not able to use the side door (as there is a step), we would be happy to do a curbside appointment for you. Please feel free to call the office at 330-335-4311 if you have any questions or concerns. The repairs (and time off the new concrete) should last about 10-12 days! We apologize for any inconvenience and we appreciate your patience!

Another amazing day at WVH! We've seen these guys every 2-2.5 weeks since birth (now 6 1/2 weeks old) - over 50 lbs of puppy in Dr. Arends' arms now!!! All doing fantastic, mom (Willow) is a trooper, and the owners have been amazing about getting the puppies checked! Thanks for letting us be a part of their first veterinary care visits!

We wanted to share this information in response to the concerns regarding Seresto collars. Every medication has a laundry list of potential side effects. We *always* recommend asking a veterinary professional before starting any new medications/supplements. And, even with our recommendations, please closely monitor your pet(s) when introducing anything new and notify us immediately if you have concerns regarding reactions/side effects.

Previously, we sent out postcard reminders for annual exams, vaccinations, etc. We are excited to announce that we are moving to text and email reminders!
