Our friend, Amber, here growing to be such a beautiful, curious, happy, and healthy pup. We are blessed to be able to watch her grow.
We are so in awe at how fast puppies can learn. As a matter of fact, any animal of any age has the ability to learn new things and learn quickly, too, if given the opportunity. It just takes patience, time, and the right mindset on our part as their humans.
Not only do we provide daily visits for Amber, but we also take her for walks and do puppy training with her as well!

Having some indoor fun with Amber 🐕 on this rainy day!

Our daily visits with Amber are not always about just taking her outside to potty but we've also worked on teaching her some basic cues such as sit, stay, down, leave it, and more. We're also about her having fun and getting exercise while playing.

It's our last day with our new friends, Sweet Pea, Kitty Cat, and Wakka! We look forward to seeing these boys again soon!
The service requested for these kitties was twice a day visits. During this time, we fed, cleaned, and spent time with them.

Another grooming done for our friend, Phoenix! He's had something going on with his face, so we've been doing a weekly grooming for him. And we're happy to say that his face looks a lot better!
Phoenix's grooming includes a bath, full body brush out, and cleaning his hooves.

It's been a minute since we've seen this boy, but here he is! Spa day for Fasa! Fasa got to enjoy an extra special grooming today. His pawrents always ask for his fur to be trimmed all the way down from head to tail. So, on top of basic pup needs, he got a double bath, one before with puppy shampoo and some conditioner and one after his fur-do with oatmeal shampoo. Followed by his second bath, he got a lovely coconut rub down from nose to tail.

Aloha, everyone! Did you know, horse owners tend to shave horses to help them lose weight?
Here is our latest grooming session with Sally the mini horse! Sally here got a nice bath the other day! She was then dried via blow dryer, and then got a nice shaving.

Keep in mind, not all horses are okay with being blow dried. Some are very sensitive and some are laid back like Sally!
We also wanted to let everyone know we are up and running again!

When first working on tying Lizzie this is kind of what it looked like. Now, this isn't her first time being tied in this particular video, so this is a little mild compared to what it used to be. Trick is consistency and patience. This goes with all animals and all types of training. There's no such thing as rushing any type of training. When we work with animals, we work WITH them, at their pace.

This video is an example of what it was like trying to clean Lizzie's hooves. She would always challenge me and try to get out of getting her hooves down. But, as mentioned in the last video, the key to it all is CONSISTENCY and PATIENCE.
Btw, this was the same day as the last post but before I tied Lizzie the way I did. This video is the reason why I tied her that way.

Getting Lizzie comfortable with being tied is important as it is the first step into getting her comfortable with getting wet when it's time for a grooming. So, today we were able to wet her down a bit in order to get her comfortable for a future full grooming. Stay tuned for the after wet down shenanigans!
