My heart aches today as we lost an angel,
but to think of it as a loss doesn’t seem right because all we have gained from Macie. We have gained so much love, so many smiles laughter & joy. We have gained the best kind of friend you could ask for.
Macie taught me to slow down & to enjoy the sun on my face, she showed me how fun rolling in the grass can be & to enjoy the small things in life like a walk with a friend. I’ve always called her an angel on earth because that’s exactly what she was.
I’m so grateful for the time I got to spend with her,
the bond we created & for her loving me just as much as I loved her. I know you are rolling around in the grass making grass angels & enjoying turkey where you are. I know you know how loved you were by so many, especially your mom & dad. You were always happy & thats because of how loved you were.
The absolute best girl in the world.
I will always remember that smile & to slow down & enjoy the small things that mean the most because of Macie🐾❤️
