Mila Mae is liking this holiday season thing 🎄

Mila is a 1.5 year old cattle dog/rat terrier mix looking for a special home. She’s a super sweet and sensitive gal who is completely deaf and takes some time warm up to new situations and people. She’s started learning hand signals and is a smart, food motivated girl. Mila is more of an introvert and prefers the comforts of her own home. She can be somewhat of a couch potato and is content with a short walk and some play time. Mila is a snuggler too and nestles her head in foster mom’s neck when it’s time for bed. When it comes to other dogs, Mila does best with slow introductions. She is crate trained and house trained.

He goes by Leo T. Beo, the ‘T’ stands for ‘terrific’ ⭐️

Foster mom dubbed the ‘T’ in his name and it fits him quite nicely. Leo Beo is a terrific dog in so many ways that hasn’t found his forever match yet. He’s a 1 year old certified mutt with bits of lab, beagle, ‘Russell-type’ terrier, husky, dachshund and more!

Leo Beo is friendly, energetic and has a joie de vivre. His favorite activities include sniffy walks, playing with a hose or kiddie pool, his daily enrichment box breakdowns, and playing with his friends. Leo Beo is a quick learner and always ready to master new tricks. He has an active body and mind, and is looking for home that can provide plenty of daily stimulation, exercise and enrichment. Rest assured, once his needs are met, Leo T. Beo is a snuggle bug and will cuddle up with doggy pals or humans. Leo is house trained and crate trained.

Dasha LOVED meeting everyone at Sip, Shop and Adopt last week! She was so sleepy when she got home from all the excitement that she curled right up in her donut bed and went to sleep 😴

Aries has been working hard on his crate training! He used to hate it but now he goes in and relaxes in it with the door open all on his one!

Thanks to GoodPup, his foster mom has been working one on one with a virtual trainer on tips and tricks to help make the crate a much more enjoyable place for Aries.

Positive training is super important to us, and resources like GoodPup allow us to offer more support to our fosters (and adopters).

The cuteness level of the Wildlife litter is off the charts!

Named after wild animals, these domesticated pupperonis lack any ferociousness and are as sweet and playful as can be!

💜Gracie Gazelle tends to go with the flow and is friends with all who cross her path
💙Crocket Crocodile is one smart cookie and was the first of the litter to learn ‘sit’
❤️Mia Moose is a social butterfly and a fan favorite amongst some of our volunteers
💚Remi Rhino is a social butterfly too, always up for the next adventure with her doggy or human pals
🧡Olly Otter is the runt of the litter and the sweetest, most precious little gal who loves snuggling up with humans
💛Freya Fox is a little spicy and quite the character, keeping all her siblings on their toes beans
🧤Jaxson Jaguar loves to take it all in and is super attentive, especially to his people
🩷Bailey Bear is a good girl, one of the most well behaved and most eager to please of the bunch

The Wildlife litter is about 4 months old and we think terrier mixes who will mostly be on the smaller side of the medium size range. Do you know who this pretty little lady was named after? The one and only Dolly Parton!

This Dolly is a 4 month old Labrador retriever mix who is as sweet as a country ballad! Dolly LOVED meeting everyone at Sip, Shop & Adopt last week in her precious holiday dress and somehow didn’t catch the eyes of her forever family quite yet. With her soft puppy eyes and loving nature, she charms everyone she meets. She’s a natural-born snuggler who enjoys lap time and is happiest being close to her humans. She is being fostered with two other dogs as well as cats and is doing well. She is working on her house and crate training and would love to attend doggie school to build on her skills as well as continued socialization.

Meet Jade!

Jade is about 1.5 years old and we think Labrador retriever mix weighing ~45lbs - she’s a gorgeous girl! Beautiful Jade was found abandoned at a church with one of her puppies. Jade was recently in a foster home with adults, children, cats and dogs (small and large), and got along with everyone. Although she may be shy in new places, she adapts quickly and is an easygoing, affectionate girl. Jade is working hard on her house training and leash skills, and does well when crated.

“Wanna see my new jammies?”

Cali sure hopes you do! This spunky gal loved meeting everyone at Sip, Shop and Adopt this past Thursday and would love nothing more than to meet her forever family. Cali is a 2 year old small-but-mighty scruffy terrier mix who is equal parts adorable and mischievous. While she is energetic, she is also happy to crash on the couch and snuggle with her humans. When she initially came into rescue she struggled with other dogs. She is currently working on her dog socialization and is making progress. She is currently living with a cat in foster care, but it took weeks of slow introductions in order to get her comfortable. Cali is house trained, does well in the crate or left out in the house without destruction, and is working in her leash skills.
