Veterinarian Laurie Howarth, who founded Medomak Veterinary Services at her Waldoboro home in 1988, has retired after a nearly 50-year career in veterinary medicine.

So, this little sweetie has been hanging out at MVS waiting for her forever home for some weeks now. "Chicken Wing" is on loan from Pope Memorial and is one of the nicest kitties we've had here. Come on over and meet her; see if you think she would fit into your family!
