The answer is that 75 years ago Perry Greene moved the George's River kennel to Waldoboro and the Perry Greene Kennel was born!

Sadly Perry Greene Verona has passed. A fun loving eager to please Chinook she was owned by Wendy Ford and myself. We will miss her. She loved her Leonberger friend Rangely who was like a dad to her.

So here is the scoop, Bob Cottrell is getting the lines and the template s for them and a few other Chinook items for his speaking events. Arrangements have been finalized for the Tamworth Historical society to take 3 pristine harnesses used by Chinooks sons on the BAE. Also included is the only photo I have seen of Chinook and Erica von Hirsenlamn. The back reads " Chinooks wife, Ericka along with personal correspondences of Jules Lomard and Walden. Also the original photo saved from the Antler house of Chinook. This is the final dispersal of Walden era items from the Perry Greene Historic collection. I still have a small private collection, mostly postcards . Only seemed right that these items should go " home"

During the Summer of 1994 we were honored to meet Ed Moody, driver BAE at the Perry Greene Kennel. L-R Rick Skoglund JR, Ed Moody, Rick Skoglund SR with Victors Kobuk. From the almost 30 Chinooks he chose Kobuk as the Chinook that looked like "Wallys" dogs. At this time he also confided that Walden had infused Greenland Husky in to the Chinook breed

Ok, I have a bunch of stuff from cleaning out the PGK Jess Maurer, Karen Hinchy , lines, a dot replacement Chinook sign for Chinook trail, sled dog crossing, line cutter, fids , snaps and design board, Chinook wine bottle, old COA members books etc etc do o you want them, do you know of anyone in Me or NH who would like to gifted with first option to either of you?
