**FOUND** Male longhaired kitty found in the Hayden Homes Development in Milton-Freewater, OR, just south of downtown. The finders checked with Kennedy Vet and the cat is not chipped.

From the finders: "We’re hoping to find the owners, but if it turns out he was dumped, we’ll get him chipped and he’ll become our cat! Either way, he’s currently safe and fed."

*💙REHOMING REQUEST!💙* Meet Jenny, an 18-month-old female Labradoodle who lives just south of Pendleton, OR.

From her owner, Danita: “Jenny is a wonderful, sweet dog we have had on our farm for almost a year. She is well mannered, quiet, a little shy with strangers but so loving with her people. She is UTD on her shots and house trained. Our issue is that her prey drive is very high. She has killed several of our chickens and gone after our pigs as well. We have done everything we (and others) can think of to change this behavior but it is just too embedded so we need to rehome her. She is not spayed. That was a project I wanted to wait 'til after her second heat cycle to ensure full development. I met her mom and dad. Mom is purebred Poodle and dad is an AKC Lab. Jenny just didn't get all of the curls."

This is Freezie, she was a stray in the City of Othello and when she came in, she was super clean. Almost like she's just been bathed but no one claimed her. She's such a sweet girl!

**REHOMING (or) FOSTER REQUEST! ** Meet Amber — a 9-year-old spayed female whose vaccination status is unknown.

From her owner: “Amber does well with dogs but not other cats as she prefers to be the only one. She loves to cuddle once you get to know her and is fairly talkative. I cannot keep her anymore due to a living situation change, but if someone is willing to foster till May or June would also be amazing, that is the soonest I could take her back."

You guys are missing out on the softest, fluffiest, sweetest, smartest pups around. We still have 8 of these Ridge Trained puppies available. They walk on a leash, do basic commands such as sit, stay and high five. The big bonus is that they are house trained.
Mom is the nicest Pyrenees mix and she passed on her super disposition to her puppies. We don't know who dad and we don't know what mom is mixed with. These pups could be medium to large when fully grown.
The pups will be very nice family dogs and while they've never been around kids since they grew up in a correction facility, we think their personalities lend themselves to acclimating themselves well with kids.

His former owner could no longer care for him due to her illness. He’s an affectionate and vocal love bug who loves being brushed and petted. His sister, Gypsy, is also in our care. ***ADOPTION ALERT!*** Located in Pendleton, OR Liam wants to tell you about Max, a 9-year-old Malamute/German Shepherd mix who hasn't slowed down a bit. He is a sweet boy with lots of love to give that enjoys car rides, hiking, Starbucks Puppuccinos, visiting dog-friendly stores, and being right next to his person! He is also great with older children. Max would love to be the only dog in his furever home, and will need a secure fenced yard. We are hoping for an experienced Malamute owner to give this sweet boy the best possible home for his golden years! Tuffy & Rascal :: BMHS in Walla Walla

***ADOPTION ALERT!*** Meet Tuffy and Rascal! From their volunteer dog walker: "They are a bonded pair, approximately 6 years old, who were brought in as strays. Shy but once out of the kennels, they love to play! When I sit on the grass with them, they come over for pets and love; they are the sweetest and are really coming out of their shell. They do need more training to stop having indoor accidents as they may have had a doggie door or pee pads in their former life." Volunteers shared the info above and video you see below. I appreciate ALL they do to help pets in need. It takes a village! BMHS has A LOT of dogs right now!
