I've been interested in painting since I was a child and habe gotten into it more recently. I finally created something I feel is worth posting. I'd be willing to take offers on it if anyone would be interested. It is 16×20 inches. I could make more similar pieces if someone were to want a set.

It was hard to get a good picture with the layout but the ladder is in! We did some pantry shelving underneath for some extra storage. This was a fun project. Tedious yes but well worth the effort. I even had to bust out the plum Bob lol. Everything fit perfectly. All that's left is for the homeowner to paint the stringers and shelf supports. The technicality and use of the years of chisel practice on the mortises makes it one of my favorite projects to date.

The test fit went together perfectly. All those years of chisel practice finally paid off.

Here's the concept for my latest project. I've been out of the loop for a bit do to health issues, so I greatly appreciate everyone who has stuck around. It's a built in loft ladder with pantry shelving. There will be progress pictures to come. And as always, my lumber is coming from . Make sure and stop by there for your fine woodworking needs. Warning to anyone wanting a lathe. Grizzly makes good tools, except for this piece of crap. Yes it's big but that is the only benefit. It's got less power than the bench top models, the variable speed quit working, and it's all sheetmetal construction so nothing lines up or is accurate. Save the headache and get the bench top with a bed extension before you waste any money on this model.

Anyone thinking about buying a lathe, don't get this one. Its the biggest pile of crap I've ever dealt with. I'm surpris...
