Dear Companion Animal Hospital Family,

It is with mixed emotions of sadness and excitement that Dr. Michelle and Dr. Jason have an announcement. At the end of October, Dr. Michelle will be retiring, and Dr. Jason will be taking an extended leave of absence of approximately six months with tentative plans to return to work a few days a month in late spring of 2025.

It has been an honor and a privilege to be part of this community since January of 2008! We have greatly enjoyed serving you and your pets throughout the years. We have been tremendously blessed by the many employees, clients, pets, and friends we have encountered over the years. We want to thank each and every one of you for your support of us and this practice. We want to assure you that you are in good hands with the amazing doctors and staff of CAHW.
