Pike needs donation💜🐾

UPDATE: Yesterday was surgery day for Pike! He had several procedures to help improve his breathing. The surgeon called it a success and he should be getting some relief once he is recovered! The was neutered and had x-rays showing a shortened vertebrae, which is consistent with canine dwarfism….. He will need a MRI to further assess for any neurological issues that may explain his rear leg weakness. Please continue to share Pikes story, and help donate towards his next step in care! Pike is with his foster family being spoiled!💜🐾 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾 Please Read and Donate!! Pike has my heart in a major way. I loved spending the weekend with him (pics to follow). He is from my shelter. Pike defines a blocky head looooow rider bully for sure!! Despite all of his medical issues he is the absolute most loving wanna be with you velco dog! Even with his issues, he is the most determined little man that does not let his disabilities hinder him from attempting or doing anything! He is most likely the results of a backyard breeding nightmare…. someone trying to breed a “designer” dog that is “jacked” to charge $$$$.. they are honestly the biggest put together misfits but absolutely adorable! Pike has: Major breathing issues… having surgery this week. (Please donate!) Drags legs when moving around Walks peg legged and on tippy toes Paws are turned in Can’t sit or lay down like a normal dog When standing his legs crisscross leading to him leaning then legs give way eventually lowering him to ground Walks with front of body (chest) straight but back end (3/4 down from spine) swaying to the right When laying on belly he looks like frog with his legs because he can’t bend them When laying on side his back legs are stiff and raised never relaxed All chest with small waist and backend. (I joke and say when he gets fixed he is going to face plant…. Balls are definitely counter

“Secrets out” Owen was allowing me to pet him! His face when I said “I’m going to tell everyone” is priceless, as if he totally understood what I said and was like “oh crap” lol
