When we remodeled several years ago, creating a calm and welcoming space for pets and their families was a top priority.

Our sectioned waiting areas help minimize stress by preventing pets from seeing each other, and we chose soothing colors to promote relaxation.

This focus on calm extends to how we care for your pets, with careful and gentle handling techniques to ensure their comfort during every visit.

What a year it’s been! Here are some highlights from 2024:

✨ We welcomed 7 new team members, including Dr. Harris, which means increased availability to care for your pets!
✨ We continued to focus on cutting-edge care, with joint injections being a standout treatment. While not new to 2024, we saw incredible results this year in pets with chronic pain.
✨ We gave out hundreds of treats and had the joy of caring for so many good girls and boys 🐶🐱

Happy New Year, friends! Can’t wait to see what 2025 will bring!

Bringing a nervous pet to the vet is stressful for both pets and their humans.

That’s why we asked a few members of our team: “What can pet owners do to make vet visits less stressful?”

First, there’s absolutely no shame in having a fearful or anxious pet. We know you’re doing your best, and you’re not alone.

Second, there are plenty of ways to make visits more tolerable - maybe even enjoyable. While we’ve shared some strategies here, we also recognize that every pet is unique. That’s why the best plan is the one we create together with you.

At Muller, we use gentle, low-stress handling techniques to help your pets feel safe. We also do everything we can to provide a calm, peaceful environment.

When is it time to bring your rabbit to the vet?

Dr. Adams says she sees a lot of rabbit at Muller, and the most common issue is intestinal complications from an unbalanced diet.

Rabbits and other small mammals can sometimes hide their pain and discomfort, so some of the warning signs to look for are:

1️⃣ Changes in appetite (food intake)
2️⃣ Amount of stool produced (size, shape and quantity differences are clues)
3️⃣ Posture changes (hunched rather than relaxed) and energy levels
