When the air quality is hazardous to humans, it's hazardous to animals too. Try to keep your pet inside as much as possible. Keep bathroom breaks outside short and avoid strenuous activity.

Smoke from wildfires and other large blazes affects pets, horses, livestock and wildlife. Protect your pets and livestock.

Unfortunately, we must cancel our appointments today due to covid exposures and illness. We will be calling each appointment today to reschedule. We’re sorry for this inconvenience. There will be someone in the office today for medication pickups. Little Gap is available to see sick patients, their phone number is 610-826-2793. Our schedule for the rest of the week is to be decided.

We are critically understaffed today and will be unable to answer calls directly to the hospital so that we can continue to see our scheduled appointments. Our answering service will be fielding our calls and directing appropriately. Our location, Little Gap Animal Hospital is open and able to see appointments today for sick patients. If you need medications or food filled please leave a message with our answering service and we will get back to you sometime through the day. Additionally we will be open from 9am-12pm tomorrow, Christmas Eve. We are closed Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding and have a happy and safe holiday from all of us here at Blue Ridge Veterinary Clinic.
