Dr. Tom and Meg are attending the American Association of Bovine Practitioners conference next week. They will be out of the office Wednesday until the following Monday. Dr. Simon will be covering on call along with Dr. Major of Green Mountain Bovine.

It’s been a while since we’ve heard from Bertha. She wanted to let you all know the benefits of probiotics. Probiotics can always be beneficial, but in times of stress or illness, it’s helpful to have the added boost from probiotics. Dr. Tom and Meg assisted with a successful lambing this morning. These two ewes are healthy and ready to run around. 🐑

“Archie” the potbelly pig came in for an exam. He was a great patient. 🐷

Yesterday, we had a herd check at a farm with a robot. The robot dispenses grain every time the cow enters the robot to be milked. This encourages the cows to come to the robot. Total milking time for this particular cow was about 4 minutes.
