Update: We have system-wide outages with more than 10,000 members without power. Crews have been dispatched. We are working to restore power to all members as quickly and safely as possible. We are also working closely with Santee Cooper as they are addressing transmission line damages affecting many of our members.

Reminders - Please stay away from all downed powerlines. DO NOT trust that they are not energized. Electricity can be silent, has no smell, is not visible and it is deadly.

We are going to follow the warnings of our emergency personnel and keep our staff off of the roads this morning. We will plan to open at noon if conditions allow. If you had an appointment this morning we will reach out to you as soon as we get in the clinic. Since all of the surrounding area is without power we can only assume the clinic is also. So the delay will also,hopefully, allow the power crews to restore power. Everyone stay safe!

Good morning! We hope everyone has weathered the storm okay. We will be on a delayed opening schedule today due to the storm. Our goal is to open at 9am. But only if our team can safely make it to the clinic. Please call the clinic prior to attempting to go to the clinic.

UPDATE #2 OWNER FOUND ❤️❤️UPDATE : NOW AT THE SHELTER Someone has to be missing this baby. He was found wandering the road in Cottageville by one of our techs. He has been posted on multiple local social media sites and nothing. Please help us find his mama. He will be going to the shelter today 😢

Please be kind, patient and understanding. There are emergency clinics all over the place that have emergency rooms just like human emergency rooms that you can just walk in to without an appointment. Your regular veterinarian may not be able to get you in for several weeks, just like your very own physician can’t always take you when you become ill. We understand that it may be scary and uncomfortable to have to go to a new clinic for immediate care but the goal will always be to give your pet the best care ALWAYS even if that means we have to allow someone else that we trust to do it. We also understand that cost may also be an issue with emergency clinics. In some cases you may not need the emergency clinic just someone that can see you quicker than we can. In these cases you can google clinics that are close to you to see if any have quick availability. You may also call the clinic to get some recommendations on clinics. Please stay safe. We love and appreciate each and every one of our clients!
