So accurate! Love this ❤️ Shaving a matted dog is not "lazy" or "the easy way out". At Barkin' Barber we will always choose, as they say in the grooming world, "humanity over vanity". De-matting can be a very painful process for your dog, leaving behind abrasions and/or bruising to the skin, therefore we just don't do it. We love the dogs we work with too much. We love getting to do fancy Asian Fusion or breed standard cuts, when we get the opportunity.
