When you book a grooming appointment, your dog’s name goes on our schedule. Your groomer gets pumped, preps their tools, and dreams of making your pup look like a doggy supermodel.

But when you cancel last minute or don’t show up… your groomer isn’t just missing out on puppy cuddles – they’re missing out on getting paid. 💸

No dog = no dough. That’s why we charge a 100% cancellation fee for last-minute cancellations and no-shows .

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. Your groomer will thank you. Your dog’s future Instagram followers will thank you.

This is Mary Jane - she has no sense of personal safety or space .. you might see her roaming around outside before your appointment she has no tail but shes just a house cat - harmless and super friendly but just won’t stay inside . Just a psa ❤️ thank you!
