Please be kind to your groomers!! They're not that many out there. So you may have to travel if you can't respect your groomers prices. You don't go get your hair done and leave without paying. It's sad that I got my first 1 star review before closing my shop. I worked really hard for many years to keep a good rating. This dog was matted, and the owner assumed the price was like the last appt price. Don't ever assume this! We're able to change the price. It's up to YOU to get your dogs in on a timely matter before they get too long and matted. I didn't change it at the last minute. She had plenty of time to get more cash. She offered to venmo and still didn't send it before her son came to pick up the dog, and I hadn't received the remaining balance.
P.s. Just because your dog gets shaved due to matting doesn't save you the extra cost. That matting does a number on our tools and hands. Be respectful and pay what you owe! When they're long and matted, it takes longer to dry and more shampoo! Life is already tough. Please be kind!!
