Lola is home and resting. She did great! Lost some teeth during the dental. The mass removal went well also. Glad she's home and relaxing after a tough day. Thank you all for the prayers and love!

Just dropped sweet Lola off at the vet for part 2 of her surgery. She'll have her teeth taken care of and tumor removal. She did great the last time so I am confident. A little prayer or a good thought would be very much appreciated! Thank you! ❤️🙏❤️

Thursday Vet Day for Kono for a recheck on his left eye. We've been battling this for a month and he's still not 100%. We have a new eye ointment to use and we'll be back for a recheck in 2 weeks. Hang in there Kono! Senior dogs heal slower. Hoping for good news next visit. Prayers of healing are always appreciated! ❤️🙏❤️

Thursday Vet Day - Back in for a check on Falafel. He had another round of seizures a few weeks ago and recovered. Since then, he's been up and down. The past few days his appetite has declined and he's a bit down and out so I brought him in for an exam. We're going to try an appetite stimulator and continue to monitor him. Sadly, he lost little bit more weight 😭 Come on, Falafel, we need another rally buddy. Stay with us a little longer if you can. Prayers and love are always appreciated for our sweet Falafel ❤️🙏❤️

Most of the Pack here are 15yrs old and older and our oldest, Ralphie is 19+ yrs old! With your help, we can make their last days, their best days.

11-24-23 - Welcome Lola!
On Friday, sweet Lola joined the Pack here at Mureille's Place. She has a bit of a strange backstory and I won't go too deep into that for now. Basically, she was a stray that was found by a friend. She did all the right things. SPCA was contacted/reported to and scanned but no chip and no one has reported her missing. She took her to see Dr Pac at Whitehaven and she had an exam and bloodwork etc.
The exam revealed a laundry list of ailments. She has severe dental disease, possible bladder tumor or hematoma, 4 out of 6 heart murmur, multiple mammary masses, and she had a few fleas. She's most likely not fixed. Her bloodwork was ok. She had blood in her urine but there wasn't any bacteria in the urinalysis so that's why they're leaning toward posible bladder tumor. That's where we came into the picture and have taken over her care.
This gal has ALOT going on but she is sooooo sweet and I'm going to do all I can for her. We'll fix what we can and for the things that can't be fixed, I'll do my best to make her comfortable. She's in very good spirits and so deserving of help. I look forward to our journey together.
