My schedule before surgery is now completely BOOKED — thank you all for keeping me so busy!

At this time, I’m unable to make any changes to existing appointment times.

Because the days are packed, I kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. ⏰ If you are more than 15 minutes late, I will not be able to take your pup, as it would delay the rest of the day’s schedule.

🐾 Important Scheduling Update from The Pampered Pup! 🐾

Hi everyone! We just got back from our annual family vacation to Old Orchard Beach. Sun, sand, tons of fun, and lots of doggie daydreaming 🌊🐶 — and now it’s crunch time before my upcoming surgery!

I'll be out of the salon for 6 to 8 weeks starting AUGUST 20TH due to a radial head replacement (thanks to that not-so-graceful roller skating move on New Year’s Eve 🛼💥). So, if your pup is due for a groom, now is the time to book!

✨ I have limited openings available over the next couple of weeks, and they’re filling up fast. If you'd like to get your furry friend in before my leave, please message or call ASAP to grab a spot!

As always, thank you all so much for your love, support, and understanding. I can’t wait to come back refreshed (and bionic! 💪🏼) to keep pampering your pups.

Roller Skates: 1🛼 — Tonya: 0 🤕

Hey Pampered Pup fam! Just a quick (and slightly embarrassing) update — as you may remember, I took a tumble while roller skating on New Year’s Eve (bad idea, great story). After months of trying to take it easy, I received the news I've be praying for, yet dreading. I’ll be having surgery on AUGUST 20 to fix my elbow with a radial head replacement. Fancy, right? Basically, I’m getting a bionic arm 💪🐾

This means I’ll be out of the grooming salon for 6 to 8 weeks while I heal and get back to full strength. I already miss all your adorable pups, but I promise I’ll be back and better than ever — no more roller stunts, I swear!

In the meantime, I’m happy to recommend some amazing local groomers who can help keep your fur babies fresh and fabulous.

The Pampered Pup mobile got a BEST IN SHOW wash yesterday in preparation for the Jack Rome Memorial Walk/Run tomorrow! Honestly, I can't say enough about Gary Rome Hyundai and Gary himself. So honored to be part of this incredible event for the 2nd year. How much can we raise for Foundation for TJO Animals? Stop by my booth for a PAWdicure with a portion of the proceeds going back to TJO 🐕🐶

High five for the The Pampered Pup LLC who has joined us as a Tail Wagger sponsor for the Jack Rome Memorial Walk/Run, Sunday May 4th at Fountain Park in Wilbraham. They will be joining other local animal-related businesses in Resource Row who will be set up with information on the services they provide. They will be offering nail trims for your pup so be sure to stop by.

Dogs who are comfortable with the chaos of noise, people, and other dogs are welcome to attend. Pups who attend should be on a leash at all times. No flexi-leads.

It has finally arrived! (Currently needing to dry out from all the rain.)
I took this class at the New England Grooming Show Sept 27, 2024, Kora's 9th birthday. I have put everything I have learned into practice to help all geriatric dogs. There are so many senior pups out there that deserve the love and attention I am able to give.

Good morning my Pampered family! I am thrilled to say I am out of the hospital and on the road to recovery! While being treated for pancreatitis, I learned that I have a heart condition which may have been contributing to my health for some time. With this new knowledge, my doctors and I are creating a game plan for success. Over the next couple weeks, I will ask everyone to bear with me as I travel this new road. I may have to switch my schedule to accommodate appointments and issues as they arise. Your pets mean the world to me. I love them as if they were my own. In order to keep loving them, I must show myself some love and self care. So again, please be patient 🥰

This week I unfortunately needed to cancel nearly every single appointment. Late Tuesday night I was admitted to the hospital for pancreatitis. The recovery time is taking a little longer than the physicians and I would like, however we are looking at being discharged later this weekend. As that date becomes more solid, I will begin reaching out to clients to reschedule. I want to thank everyone for their well wishes and understanding during this very difficult time. My goal to to return as soon as SAFELY possible.

It's 730a on a Sunday, and what am I doing? Working on paperwork for the business loan for the expansion and 12 month projections, only taking over a fraction of Kora'shomeschool space. I may need something stronger than coffee 😆

Running a small business isn't easy. Dedication. Sleepless nights contemplating the future. Responding to inquiries. So much planning. Yet I try to juggle it with the family, so while they sleep, I will work on building a future that they will be proud of.

Do you know a plumber or electrician? We are hoping all will be good to start reno in August. We will also be looking for other small ways you can help make this dream become reality in the meantime.
