Well another successful Jersey Devil trial has come to a close. Overall our club as a whole had a fantastic showing. Let me start out by thanking the laundry list of people that made this a success. My wife Carrie who is my biggest fan and always there doing something for the club and I. To Judge Jeff Allen, a fantastic job. Great scenarios that were by no means easy, lol. All our decoys Andrew Gallegos, Ben Lepinski, DJ Branch, Nate the Dog Man, Kyle Murphy, Mike McMahon, Lucas Lucier. You guys all came through having great fun and being safe. On to our club. Joi Nicholas, not only our secretary doing all the paperwork and organizational stuff but earned the first leg of her level 1 with a kick was protection routine. Ray Medina, closing out his level 1 and taking all the hardware with an awesome score. Dominik Olshansky earning his first leg of his level 1 with another awesome score. Autumn Hale earning her PDC with Shiva who is my boy Gerry's litter mate. Jonathan Laraj who although didn't pass his level 3 protection but had a super great routine all the way to the very end. Lastly, my boy Gerry de Barriques who earned his first leg to our level 2 with some pretty good protection routines. Also, a big thanks to our other members who didn't show but were there helping every step of the way. Chris Cross Kennels, Curtis Sharp, Sally O'Brien, our resident workhorse, David Crumley and lastly but certainly not least our super On the Record Photography Jay Baylor.

Congratulations to the Jersey Devils very own Ray Medina. Ray was approved to start his judges apprenticeship this season. As you all know Ray is very accomplished in this sport. He is always very willing to help anyone. He has an excellent imagination and pays great attention to detail. Great job Ray. Let's get out there and kick some ass.

So the weekend has come to a close with the completion of yet again another very successful PSA trial. I want to thank my club members for putting forth a lot of hard work as well as taking the field, kicking some real ass out there and many of you decoying to boot. Also, a big thanks to some of the behind the scene members who don't even have dogs, Chris Cross Kennels, Marc, David Crumley and Curtis Sharp he'll be on the field soon. I certainly can't forget EJ's wife, Stephanie even though she doesn't work a dog she's a huge help. We all did a fantastic job out there with everyone accomplishing their respective goals and putting up some big numbers as well. There's no "I" or "Me" in our club and that's one thing I strive for. A big thanks to Joi because without her we'd really be in deep s**t. Thank you to our Judge Ben Lepinski, who I thought did a fantastic job, certainly one of the fairest across the board judges I've ever shown under. To all our decoys, thank you Terry Bocai, Nathaniel Bonilla, Andrew Gallegos, Ej Parker, Jonathan Laraj, DJ Branch and Lucas Lucifer without you guys we'd all be screwed. A huge thank you to our resident photographer, Jim Baylor aka Jay Bay of Zonephotographie. To my wife Carrie, A BIG BIG thank you. She always comes through for me with everything I do, I love you. OK folks now that our big 2022 PSA East Coast Regional has come to a close I can finally sit down and post this. First off, thank you to all our competitors and spectators who came out to support PSA, our club and event. Any event like this as most know is a HUGE amount of preparation and work. With that said, I want to thank a laundry list of people. To our Judge Joe Parks, what can say other than thank you very much for coming out to NJ and doing a great job for us judging. I can always count on you to be fair, fun, safe and always having everyone's best interest in mind. To my club who all worked their ass's off, Andrew Gallegos, Jessica Morrison, Autumn Hale and her mom Milann, Curtis Sharp, EJ Parker, Stephanie Parker. George Adams as well as earning his PDC, Sally O'Brien, Jon Laraj, Taylor Laraj, Marc, Dave Crumley who's not currently active in our club but comes out trial time and is a work horse the whole weekend and of course Joi Nicholas who not only is our secretary but takes care of just about everything under the sun from all the paperwork, food, to awards, gifts and just about everything else needed. To the love of my life Carrie, who deals with me and also takes care of all kinds of preparation around the house and property, shopping, preparing food, cleaning, set up, you name it she takes care of it. In addition to all of this, our club members, Andrew, EJ and John decoyed as well as competed resulting in Jon and Taylor winning a bunch of awards both days. To our fantastic photographer, Jay from On the Record Photography. Thank you for the great shots and all the time you spent. Finally our decoys who without them there couldn't be a PSA, Terry Bocai, Nathaniel Bonilla, Kyle Murphy, Stefan Herceg, EJ Parker, Jon Laraj and Andrew Gallegos. You guys were great, safe, and certainly entertaining to say the least. Finally, good luck to everyone at this years nationals. Lets kick some ass.

He can use that same stick to activate a dog (e.g. “go!”). He can use that stick to punish the dog.
