I’m a dog walker and was walking a dog a shepherd mix. They pull a lot and is very anxious and they listen to a certain degree. The harness they had didn’t work for me. So I introduced a gentle lead for her to stop pulling so roughly even when other dogs pass by. She walked much better using the gentle lead with me. But the owner did not like it being used on her. I felt as if I didn’t do anything wrong.
