🤏🏻 little update

Hi everyone. No real news yet but looks like this is going to be a pretty extensive fix. The two units next to mine are destroyed, completely charred and waterlogged. That makes any cleaning I could do on my own pointless, as the smell of wet wood and smoke isn’t going away until those spaces are cleaned With the roof leaking I’ll need to redo the floors (again 😩) as well as tear out and replace the drywall on that wall, repaint, replace both doors and the ceiling tiles at the minimum Insurance companies have been informed and I’m hoping they move quickly and repairs can start soon. If it were a matter of elbow grease I’ve got plenty of it but unfortunately I’m kind of stuck until they do their thing Thank you for being patient and understanding. Tell your dogs I say hi ❤️
