Introducing our Pet of the Week: Penny! 🎉

Penny visited The Willow this week for her final puppy exam. She was amazing for her vaccines, and got a bunch of love from the staff. She’s ready to take on the world now!

DID YOU KNOW⁉️ September is Happy Cat Month! What can you do to make your cat happy? Well, you can give them extra head scratches, a few extra yummies, or you can bring them to Willow for their Annual Exam!

What’s that? Your cat hates the Vet? Don’t worry, mine do too (mine actually need sedatives to be handled 😱). But, did you know we have a room just for our Feline Friends? Don’t worry, no dogs allowed in this room! We have it decked out in Feliway, and all kitties get a nice towel to sit on and a Churu of their choice. And, if you book with Dr. Kasmierski, your kitty hardly has to touch the table at all. She actually prefers doing exams in her lap!

So, give us a call to book your cat’s annual. They might not be happy day of, but they’ll be happy later knowing they’re protected from preventable diseases and parasites 🦠 🪱

Do you know who this is?

This is a Female Devon Rex Munchkin cat EDIT: Shes actually a Minskin! who was found wandering Brookeside near Birch ct. in Warrenton, Va just now. She is not microchipped.

Some kind people are holding on to her until she can go back home, and are making a found report with the shelter and sharing on social media. There is a chance she pregnant, and she’s also covered in small ticks currently 😿 She is getting a bath and some tick meds. We have their contact info. Please share to get this cutie home! Proof of ownership is required

Introducing Pet of the Week: Piston! 🎉

Piston is a little guy who is very lucky to be alive. He was found in a car engine by a local car dealership. A vehicle had come in for maintenance and they found his siblings deceased 😢. Not knowing he was in there still hiding, they left for the night. The next day they heard his little yells, and a kind mechanic saved him and brought him to Willow to get a checkup.

Piston got a clean bill of health, his first vaccine, and now he’s off to his forever home! He wants to remind everyone to be on the lookout for cats playing in and around cars. This little guy is very lucky to have made it out with no injuries. 🚗
