Whitney (2 years old) and Juniper (1 year old) are the two babies on the farm. We were cleaning up an old tarp which didn’t seem the least bit scary. Juniper thought she was SUPPOSED to step on it!
Too hot for much of anything except staying in the shade
You never know what you’ll see at the farm! (Amy gets another reprieve from mowing😝)
Jack’s Tesla test drive.
Amy might be as bad the brothers. Or as good. 🤣. (Do we need to remind you that Jack is totally blind when we post him using saws and driving?)
Jack Wood says that even though his age is higher than his IQ, he still loves to ride.
Last year it was a chain saw with Jack’s brother, Rick. Last weekend it was a track saw with Amy’s brother, Rob. Jack just loves to learn new stuff.
Jack’s brother, Rick, was helping at the farm last week. He and Jack cleared a lot more trail area for us! This is Jack on the tractor.
Peter enjoyed his first time on a horse and laughed almost the whole time!
Claudia thought she was wobbly on the horse and needed a little reassurance that this was normal.
On Sunday, Claudia who is deaf and blind and her husband, Peter, who is deaf visited Unbridled Joy. She had ridden years ago before she lost her sight, but he never had. (Have to post the videos separately, so stay tuned!)
Thank you is too simple for what we owe our veterans today and every day, but it comes from our hearts. Thank you all so much for your service which allows us our freedom and choices.
If you take video and don’t post, does anyone know it happened?! Jack’s brother, Rick, was in town TWO WEEKS AGO and finally had a chance to ride. We’ve been promising, but farm work always won. This time we made it! Yay Rick!
Some weekends you ride the horse, sometimes it’s the tractor! Still a rewarding feeling!
Inquisitive minds want to know! Basil, of course. Wild horse in action.
A blind man (and his brother) and a chsin saw.
Jack may be totally blind, but that didn’t stop him from trying out the chain saw! Thanks for helping him, Rick.
Lumberjack and lumberrick are doing storm damage clean up.
Welcome back, Rick— we have a job for you. Pretty please!
Hunter gave a lesson yesterday and got a bath after. Look at the first thing he did! No surprise there!
