Piedmont Dogs/Vint Hill Dog Park is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, located at Vint Hill in Warrenton, Virginia. As we are a PRIVATE dog park , we rely on your donations to keep this dog park running! We are dedicated to maintaining a public off-leash dog recreation area for the enjoyment of the residents of Virginia’s Piedmont region, particularly the counties of Fauquier, Prince William, and

Culpeper. Our dog park is open on 1.25 partially wooded acres at Vint Hill, near the corner of Aiken Drive and Kennedy Road. There is parking directly adjacent to the park off Aiken Drive, and a large parking lot directly across Kennedy Road. The park is free and open to the public, operating from dawn to dusk.

LOOKING FOR THE OWNER OF A BROWN DOG, AND OWNER OF A BROWN PICKUPP TRUCK!

One of the dogs visiting the dog park got attacked.

name is Guinnes, and he is a black lab/shiba mix and is 5 months old. He is very sweet and calm with other dogs.

He was attacked by a brown dog (looked like a boxer/pit mix). The owner drives a brown pickup. He is heavy set with a mustache. They can not remember the dogs name, and in the moment of trying to get Guinness medical attention, they did not get the owners license plate. The dogs owner said he was going to follow them to the vet (Willow Animal Hospital), but he left instead.

Guinness is recovering, but the vet said Guinness was a really lucky dog!

Any help trying to get more information is much appreciated. Thank you!

RE: The six puppies abandoned at the Vint Hill Dog Park this morning (8/21). Five are in the care of the Fauquier SPCA; the 6th was taken in by someone at the dog park before Animal Control arrived. The SPCA needs to get in touch with whomever took in the 6th pup, so if you know who this is, please ask them to contact the SPCA: 540-788-9000 ASAP. Thanks!

6 golden doodle puppies were dumped at the vint hill dog park this morning!!

They will be at the spca for adoption. They are friendly and good with dogs. About three months.

The sheriff picked the pups up and at some point will be available for adoption at our local spca. I love all of the interest and know they will find great homes. It would be great if the community would continue to keep an eye out for any animals that are dumped, loose or lost. Many animals have been returned home and or found d new homes because of this great community.
