SE Shares More About What Makes Adam So Special
At Special Equestrians we support over 350+ individuals with disabilities, including Adam who has been a part of our program for over 20 years. During this time we have had the pleasure of watching him grow from that quiet 5-year-old boy into a confident and determined young man. "The best way to describe Adam in that he is just kindhearted in everything he does. Every purpose he has each day there is a kindness, there is a positive thoughtfulness behind everything he does, even when heโs riding. He has this way about him that makes everybody feel comfortable,โ explains Adamโs Instructor, Leslie. Today, we are asking for your help to continue to support riders like Adam. Making a donation is not just about donating money; itโs about investing in our community and becoming a part of something greater. 2023 Annual Appeal: More Than A Horse
Equine therapy is so much more than developing riding skills. Itโs about building confidence and developing relationships. Itโs about learning new ways to discover your strengths and passion. Itโs a journey. One that Adam began with Special Equestrians over 20 years ago, at the age of 5. After many years of riding, Adam decided to sign up to volunteer at Special Equestrians. He told us, โI decided to volunteer because I like giving out my time, when I was younger people helped me out. Volunteering in the lessons with the students and seeing the smile on their faces is something I enjoy.โ Today, Special Equestrians embarks on our 2023 annual giving campaign, and with help from donors like you, we can continue to support people like Adam, and children and adults of all abilities. To read more about Adam and his journey with Special Equestrians, please visit https://www.specialequestrians.org/news-and-reports and make a donation today.
