11 puppies prancing
10 groomers grooming
9 loads of laundry
8 hairballs rolling
7 shears a shearing
6 tails a wagging
5 plates of snacks
4 pedicured paws
3 delightful days off
2 Silly Santas (Rebar and Patrick)
And one big UGH family🎶

We want to wish all of our customers a happy, safe, and lovely Christmas! 🎄🎅🏻🎁
The shop will be closed December 24th through December 26th so that the staff can spend time with loved ones and rest up before we finish out the year. We will return on Friday December 27th.

The perfect way to end a crazy Monday is to spend it with a Basset Hound puppy! 😍
This is Marley and she had her first appointment with us today. She was so good for her appointment (even if she didn’t enjoy every minute of it). We did run into a problem while doing her nails. Her ears are so long they kept getting in the way! Good thing we had a scrunchie available to put them in a pig tail real quick! 🤣
We enjoyed meeting her today and, if we’re being honest, it was real hard sending her home! She was just so fun and so cute we wanted to keep her! 🥰

Sweet Payton is looking forward to Christmas…especially now that he can see! 🎄👀
We received a call from the AWL asking if there was any way we could squeeze him in. Thankfully we were able to squeeze him in because he really needed it before he heads off to his new life as support for his new person. He was the sweetest boy who just wanted hugs. 🥰 Happy Tails Payton!

Ben and Wendy are on their way back from Hot Springs today. 🛻🌄
We had so many donations that they were able to share with a neighboring town that was also hit badly by the flood. The love and support you all have sent to these people is simply heartwarming!!! This is why we LOVE our UGH Family! You guys are amazing!

Now that Thanksgiving is covered we have our eyes on making their Christmas as merry as we can! A majority of the community works at the shops and eateries that were damaged by the flood waters. While they ARE receiving aid from the government it only goes so far. With their jobs on hold heading into Christmas is a concern for those families. So what do you say UGH Fam? Wanna help out with another donation haul? 🥰
This time we are asking for toys, coats, hats , and gloves! 🧸 🧤🧥Ages baby through early teens are needed. The final day for donations will be December 6th and Ben will take them down the following week. So while you’re out holiday shopping, and if you can, maybe add an item or two to help ease some of the burden for these families. 🎄🎁❤️

Just a reminder that there is only a week left for our Thanksgiving meal drive for the people of Hot Springs, North Carolina. There is a list of food we need in the attached post.
If you want to drop off food please leave it at our front door.

The road ahead for them is going to be a long one. While they work tirelessly to clean and rebuild their little town they are also losing out on their livelihoods. To help lighten their burden going into the holidays we are going to have two more fundraisers.

The first one is to build meal kits to hand out for Thanksgiving. Ben and Wendy will be traveling the 8+ hours there to make sure they can have a little bit of normalcy in this unprecedented time.
For this fundraiser we are looking for items to build these meal kits. Here is what we need:
CANNED Yams
CANNED Green Beans
CANNED Corn or Creamed Corn
CANNED Cranberry Sauce (either kind)
Box Stuffing Mix
Cream of Mushroom Soup
French Fried Onions
Instant Potatoes

Items can be dropped off at the shop until November 21st.
