As we are in the warmer months we have received an influx of appointment inquiries. As we appreciate your anticipation, we need at least 48 hours to respond to your messages.
Every groomer here is solo, so in turn they are their own receptionist, so it is imperative to have patience. In addition to this, we ask that please refrain from coming to the salon if you have messaged your groomer already. Again, as we are all our own receptionist we will get back to you as soon as we can.
It is the clients responsibility to request future/repeat appointments. We have so much appreciation for our following and clientele! We would love to get everyone in as soon as possible, how ever we do book out!
