We lost the new goat shed in the storm this morning. All livestock are okay, but the shed is a complete loss.
Just another day on the farm.
Congratulations to Lindsey Preciado, she won the raffle! We hope you enjoy your basket. Thank you everyone who purchased a ticket!
I know I said her name wrong.
Thank you Pea Ridge Veterinary Clinic and Monett MO Dog Pound for assisting us in ticket sales.
Scary night last night. We had a tornado here, but thank the Lord it stopped at the fence. It didn't touchdown all the way, which I am also thankful for. I could hear it, but couldn't see it in the dark. I am one mile north of Washburn exactly where the warning said they saw rotation. I pray God keeps all of us safe again with storms coming tonight and tomorrow.
Butterscotch has grown so much. She is a beautiful calf and is much larger than the goats. I am so blessed to have all of my livestock.
Elsa, Eden and Nate are in need of adoption or Rescue transfer.
They are up to date on vaccinations and Nate is neutered.
They are very sweet dogs.
Does your family have room for a loving dog?
Does your adoptive Rescue have room for these?
Happy follow-versary to my awesome followers. Thanks for all your support! Anna Cowfer, Rhonda St John Hamborsky
Good morning my Subjects. It is a glorious day in the Kingdom this week.
This morning Peasant woman decided to video me while I was complaining that I was about to faint from hunger. I was not pleased with this and demanded my breakfast.
Last week peasant woman had visitors from a land far away in the east where she lived before the kingdom a place called New York. I kept peasant women very busy during their stay so I could get more treats out of them. I told them they could come back any time. At least they knew how to treat a King, peasant women is still in training. Maybe one day, she will be trained.
Last week peasant woman rescued 3 subjects from the Royal dungeon, she calls the pound. They needed help and I willingly opened the Kingdom for their refuge.
Also, a new sound came from the bawlers pen, peasant women calls them goats. I heard this sound and froze, then ran for the castle to prepare for battle as I thought something was attacking the bawlers. Peasant women tells me that she moved a new bawler into the pen that she calls a calf. I don't know what to think of it yet, but she says it cannot see well like me. So, I am glad she brought it to my Kingdom to live a safe and happy life.
Between the cold, visitors, new subjects, and sleep, it was a very busy week.
Stay safe my subjects in the Realm. Love and slobbers, your King.
I wanted to give you all an update on this old guy. His owners were located. The owners have had a rough year with very serious medical issues. Due to the cost of medical bills they had not been able to get , Coco, to the Vet or groomer.
Rescue isn't always about surrendering a dog it is doing what is best for the dog and family. We decided it was best to Vet and groom Coco and return him to his family. Coco is a 15 year old dog that has lived with his family since he was 6weeks old. They were beyond grateful to everyone who donated to help their beloved pup. He is on the correct food for his age, on meds for his skin issue and fluid around his heart, and had his ears cleaned thoroughly.
His Vet bill was $600 for everything. The rescue only had enough funds to cover $250. So, I paid the rest out of my pocket.
The donated funds for Coco have not been sent to us from FB. No, I cannot take any of your donation to recoup what I paid. If you all are okay with this, we will use the funds to assist another dog that needs help. If not, we will return your donation. Just let us know.
I forgot to get pictures of him after his grooming, sorry. 🤦
He has found a new flock. Thanks Carl!
I picked up the rooster in the cage, from animal control today, but he does not like my rooster at all. Does anyone have room for a rooster?
We also want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding volunteer service performed by this amazing woman Lizabeth Craig . Liz is our escort driver and we could not do what we do without her! She has driven nearly every dog being transferred out of our rescue. Her selfless sacrifice and dedication to animal welfare, has not gone unnoticed by this rescue. Our thanks does not show how much we truly appreciate your service to Triple H Farm Rescue, Inc.. Thank you!!!!!!!
