Doghouse 2 Heroes is embarking on an incredible 4 day journey driving from Virginia to Texas with a special mission: to gift a custom-built doghouse to a brave veteran, retired Command Sergeant Major Gretchen Evans, and her service dogs. The makings for this purposeful road trip began Saturday, November 9, 2024, when the Be a Hero for a Hero event was held in efforts to raise awareness and funds for the sponsorship of 10 service dogs for military veterans.
