We are open!

We have waited a long time to say this, but here we finally are.

Hey everyone!

Thanks for visiting our Facebook! I’d love to tell you more about what we are offering here at Brown Dog. First things first, Brown Dog, the name came from our first fur baby we raised together. Miss Hazey, she is known for her love and cuddles. When I first got her I didn’t know I would find the love of my life and would be planning a wedding! I got Hazey on my 27th birthday, and it has been the most rewarding gift ever. I then met my future husband 4 days later. Hazey has brought my life to a complete pause, and I learned from dogs, to love life again.

Then, we got our Brookie, Brooke, Wookie, whichever name she will respond too for the day. This baby came into our lives when we didn’t know we needed her. After my sister passed, Sierra Brooke, (can you see what her name means now?) a coworker of mine had 2 puppies left, one named Brooke, and one named Athena. But as you can see we got Brooke. When I told her that I would take her, I didn’t know what she looked like, or her attitude. And man does she have one. I hadn’t talked to Colton and I honestly didn’t know if we were ready for another dog. But here she is, 5 months later, snoring louder then Colton, and tearing up way to many toys.

Our fur babies mean the world to us, and I have no idea where I would be without them. Now did I mention I have a cat? Yes I do, in the crazy mists of our two dogs there is an 18 pound cat running around too. Chandler, the kitten I bottle fed and got me through my first time living absolutely alone! He sits, stays, and stands for treats, and let me tell you, he is the best fetch partner I have seen.

At Brown Dog we make the best and most simple dog treats we can. I only cook organic in the kitchen for ourselves, so why shouldn’t the pets! Between training treats, treats just because, and treats for the holidays! We have about everything you can find! And if you can’t, contact us, we will try our hardest to help.

Here is what we have been working on lately! Our dogs love these & whats great is that we love these too. They work great while training a new puppy, or replacing the rewards you give your doggos. We carry 3 different sizes to try and accommodate every size we can! So many flavors to choose from, they and they are simple ingredients that are safe for your furry one to have. Dehydrated to have a longer shelf life 45 days when kept covered in the glass jars. They are a staple in our house while training our puppers.
