Exciting News!! We are proud to announce that Sandy is moving up...or should we say down the hall! ☺️

She will now being serving as our NEW Grooming Receptionist, ready to welcome clients with her bright smile and warm personality. You can still catch her friendly face as you come through the left side door of our building--now in her very own brand new office!

We are beyond grateful for the light and positivity that Sandy brings to our business, our pack and our community. Please join us in congratulating her in this new move and adventure!

Happy Labor Day from all of us at Pine Lake! Today we celebrate the hard work and dedication of our amazing pack who care for your pups like their own, day in and day out. We're so grateful for each staff member who shows up with love, patience, and energy to make sure the tails keep wagging and parents have peace of mind.

Client Reminder: Canine Cough (Kennel Cough) Awareness

We’d like to remind everyone that canine cough—also known as kennel cough—is always present in the dog community. While we do everything we can to reduce the risk in our facility, it’s not possible to completely prevent it. Dogs come and go from many environments, and the virus can sometimes lie dormant before showing symptoms.

Please be vigilant and monitor your pup before bringing them into public spaces or around other dogs.

Here’s a quick cheat sheet of what to watch for:
• Persistent, hacking cough (sometimes sounds like gagging or choking)
• Retching or coughing up white foam
• Sneezing or nasal discharge
• Lethargy or lack of energy
• Loss of appetite
• Mild fever

If your dog is showing any of these signs, please keep them home and contact your veterinarian for guidance.

Together, by staying alert, we can help reduce the spread and keep all of our pups as healthy as possible. 🐾💙

🚨 Grooming Policy Update – Starting Sept. 1st 🚨
🐾 Vaccinations Required
Due to an area-wide outbreak of Canine Cough, ALL dogs entering our facility must be fully vaccinated and current on:
Bordetella
Distemper/Parvo
Rabies
⚠️ Vet-provided exemptions only accepted.
👉 Remember: the Bordetella vaccine does not make pups fully immune, but it helps reduce severity and makes it less likely they’ll contract it.
🐾 New Grooming Reception – Starting Sept. 2nd

Grooming Reception Hours: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–4 PM
